Ribbon Cutting for Michigan's First 3D Printed Home

Now that Michigan's first 3d printed home is complete and for sale, we want to celebrate with you! This ribbon cutting will feature speakers from the community highlighting the importance of robotics and automation in homebuilding and provide a rare opportunity for the community to see a 3D-printed home!

Jeremy Potter will host and speak about the flaws of homebuilding and homeownership as a member of the Islandview community.

A local student will speak about what 3D printing means to them and why they value opportunities to use that skill.

Jason Cole, leader of the Michigan Minority Contractors Association, will speak on behalf of contractors who are excited about technology in homebuilding.

Pastor Barry Randolph from Church of the Messiah will speak about how the cost of living is about more than just rent and that more energy efficient homes of this quality are necessary.

Evelyn Woodman, Co-Founder of Citizen Robotics, will close out the ceremony by speaking about the Citizen Robotics mission.
